Some of the elements here kinda look like its heavily coop-focused. I just hope the solo experience won't be let aside.

Game looks good, but many eyes are on who is making the decisions behind the scenes at this point. Krafton should be conscientious of our concerns, but I've seen enough failures in the industry to be very concerned.
Can nobody release a game on time anymore? Without cutting content and leaving a ton of bugs in? What's this industry turned into?!?
Seems totally ready to enter early access. Sadly we wont ever know. I am not eager to give Krafton any money at this moment in time. I will need to see how this all plays out. They were not smart with how they handled this at all.

Gameplay and Horror Elements
Subnautica is up there with Doom for my favorite games to hate. I love the game but I don't do well with horror, it took me over a year to beat the last Doom I played (3) because I'd play it for a few hours start hyperventilating and put it down for a few weeks. Subnautica did the same thing to me, it took me forever to beat and gave me one of my all time favorite screenshots, I was heading to the crashed ship and I KNOW there's a big guy there I'm looking around and making sure it's clear and I start heading in and then with no warning that big MF is on me screams IRL ensues as it grabs my little cockpit and I throw my headset and the screen as I shove my chair 6' away and hammer the keyboard. Accidently took a screenshot, didn't catch nothing in it but a shadow and motion blur but brings back that feeling.
I'll always remember they said no guns, they didn't want guns because they wanted that fear, that knowledge that protection could only come from knowledge gained and putting distance between you. It make the entire game that much more fun and scary. That looks like a gun to me. I don't see myself enjoying this one nearly as much as the first (and I didn't like the frozen one at all). Completely outside the controversy stuff I probably wont be picking this one up because of the direction they appear to be taking it. I do like the thought of multiplayer though but again that means I'll never have that fear factor of being alone in the dark with something just outside sight range charging at me from the darkness.
