Overview

The Alien Statue is an Architect Artifact discovered by Alterra miners in the Koppa Mining Site. It serves as an artistic rendering of an Architect storage medium.

Locations

There are two known locations for this artifact:

  1. Koppa Mining Site
    • Coordinates: -252, -300, -611
    • The statue is surrounded by Floodlights placed by Alterra miners.
  2. [Deep Lilypads Cave Cache](/wiki/deep-lilypads-cave-cache)
    • Coordinates: 541, -619, -1099
    • Found in a pool of water in the center of the cache.

This statue of unknown origin - assembled with precision out of a block of pure copper ore - appears to represent a creature of some sort, and resembles the centaurs of ancient Greek mythology.

Several theories have been posited:

  • The statue could serve as a cultural marker, denoting the presence or authority of a particular race or sub-group of an intelligent alien race.
  • Possible religious artifact, depicting a deity or otherwise noteworthy figure.
  • Artistic expression. An invented form, representing imaginative thought.
