Bench (Below Zero)
This article is about the Bench in Subnautica: Below Zero.
The Bench is an Appliance constructed with the Habitat Builder. It allows the player to rest, stopping Food & Water level depletions. The PDA can be used while sitting on a Bench.

To sit, click the LMB. To stand, press E.

The blueprint for the Bench can be scanned in the Omega Lab, Outpost Zero, and Phi Robotics Center. It is crafted with the Habitat Builder.
