Burrowers are a small anchored lifeform seen throughout Tar Delta. They cannot be scanned.
Appearance
Burrowers have a long and thin blue body that extends an unknown depth into the substrate. The body is connected to a widened head, darker in color and adorned by several luminescent cyan patches. Two pointed structures project upward from the head and a pair of long and delicate tendrils extend from each side of the head. The tendrils are held in a coiled posture and end with a colorful circular structure, giving them the appearance of large eyes.
Behavior
Burrowers sit passively on the seafloor but when approached their tendrils unfurl from their resting position and the Burrower will retreat into the ground. They do not react to the Tadpole.
