According to Ander, the structure seems to be a mass of coral that partially transformed into a crab due to the Proteavirus. A nearby pioneer platform apparently constructed to study the tower contains some resources and a databank entry.+The **Crab Tower** is a large, anomalous [Coral Dome](Coral_Dome) growth located in the [Shallows](Shallows), north of the [Lifepod](Lifepod).  -Crab Teratomas can be found and scanned inside of the Crab Tower.+The tower is named for the [Crab Teratomas](Crab_Teratoma) within the domes, which [Kinuiin "Ander" Anand](Kinuiin_%22Ander%22_Anand) hypothesizes is the result of the coral attempting to turn into a [Coral Crab](Coral_Crab).  +## Overview+ +### Tower+ +The Crab Tower is a large coral mass similar to the [Spider Dome](Spider_Dome), though smaller and more lumpy in appearance. Limbs are present, though they are stubby and embedded in the ground, as opposed to the Spider Dome's longer, freestanding "legs."+ +The usual sessile [Shallows](Shallows) lifeforms—[Cradle Shootroots](Cradle_Shootroot), [Curtain Gorgons](Curtain_Gorgon), [Dragon's Scale Corals](Dragon%27s_Scale_Coral), [Mimic Pylons](Mimic_Pylon), and [Pents](Pent)—are found around the tower, as well as broken-off pieces of coral.
