Advising against exploring a frozen water continent without a base. No bed, no storage, no place to put a fabricator module, no fun.+> ― PDA+ +The Habitat Builder requires a **Battery** to operate. Objects cannot be constructed or deconstructed if the battery is depleted. Players can also use the tool to deconstruct structures they have placed; all raw materials are returned to the inventory, provided there is space.+ +## Usage+ +To use the Habitat Builder:+ +1. Open the Habitat Builder menu.+2. Select the desired tab:+   - Base Pieces+   - Exterior Modules+   - Interior Pieces+   - Interior Modules+   - Miscellaneous+3. Select an item.+4. Point the Habitat Builder at the desired location until an outline appears.+5. Use the Up and Down Mouse Wheel (or D-Pad) to rotate the object if applicable.+6. Place the outline.+7.
