It provides +20 Food and -5 Water when consumed. The **Digestion** adaptation is required to safely consume alien lifeforms. A player without this adaptation will not receive its effect and be deducted health.   ## Appearance   The Harvestmoon has a body shaped like a crescent moon. The back of the body has a pair of crescent shaped fins and two long tails each with a very small fin towards the end.   The body is mostly dark purple, contrasting with its bright green fins.   The eye is black with a pale blue iris and a round pupil.
