It provides +20 Food and -5 Water when consumed. The **Digestion** adaptation is required to safely consume alien lifeforms. A player without this adaptation will not receive its effect and be deducted health.   ## Appearance   The Harvestmoon has a body shaped like a crescent moon. The back of the body has a pair of crescent shaped fins and two long tails each with a very small fin towards the end.   The body is mostly dark purple, contrasting with its bright green fins.   The eye is black with a pale blue iris and a round pupil. A cornified beak that is flush with the body is situated in front.   ## Behavior   The Harvestmoon is seemingly identical in behavior to the Halfmoon, it swims around passively, and can sometimes be seen hiding around patches of Sea Whips, and forming schools with Halfmoons and Bluemoons. Occasionally Harvestmoons can be seen gathering in groups around Waxmoons.
