The High Capacity O₂ Tank is an equipment upgrade in Subnautica: Below Zero that increases maximum oxygen supply by 90 units. It is crafted at the Fabricator using resources found in Tech Sites and Twisty Bridges.

The High Capacity O₂ Tank is an upgrade to the Standard O₂ Tank that is crafted at the Fabricator.

While equipped, it boosts the player's maximum Oxygen supply by 90 units for a total of 135 units.

Fabricator O2 Icon

Acquisition

The blueprint is found in a Data Box located in the Twisty Bridges. The box is approximately 300-350m away from the Drop Pod, between South and South West, at a depth of about 120m. It is directly along the path between the Drop Pod and the beacon for Delta Station dock.

Note: Exact distance and direction vary between save files as the Drop Pod location is randomized within a small area in the Shallow Twisty Bridges.

To benefit from the upgrade, the player must equip the High Capacity O₂ Tank in the tank slot of the PDA Inventory Screen. While not equipped, it takes six slots (2×3) in the inventory.
