Jubilee

According to [[Lucretia "Quaker" Kapoor|Lucretia Kapoor]], Anita has built a semi-religious belief system around the Angel Combs and the [[Proteavirus]]. This belief system includes the idea that the Proteavirus or the Angel Combs are somehow "listening" to the desires of the colonists. It also posits that sacrificing one's body to an Angel Comb can further communicate those desires and induce the Angel Comb to respond.   Interestingly, this belief seems to be at least partially correct. A blackbox recording of Anita sacrificing herself and asking for a way to digest Protean organisms can be found directly next to an Angel Comb which does in fact provide the [[Digestion]] adaptation. However, a similar recording can be found near the [[Bloom]]-infested Angel Comb in the [[Karakorum Power Plant]], and the request made there (for the Angel Comb to be healed) has clearly not been fulfilled.   After the destruction of the [[Old Habitat]] and the deaths of most of the survivors in the [[Graveyard Caves]], the Jubilee Group was the only remaining group of colonists left alive. Based on the data found in Anita's blackboxes, they have access to [[Biobed|biobeds]], and are capable of reprinting themselves without [[NoA]]'s supervision. Consequently, it's possible that they are still alive somewhere on Proteus.
