It requires Deepwing Egg Clumps, one of the most nutritious foods in the game, to fabricate. Pavlova recovers +80 Food, double the amount of the Deepwing Egg Clump, and +70 Water, which is just under double the amount from the Egg Clump. In addition, it heals +10 Health, while none of the ingredients recover any health on their own. This makes it the most nutritious food in the game, giving the most Food and Water out of any food.
