It appears only in the surroundings of the Karakorum Power Plant and cannot be scanned.   ## Appearance   The Pelagic Ghost is shaped like a curved 'E'. At the end of the horizontal bar in this analogy sit the round eyes of the Pelagic Ghost, which have long, black, horizontal pupils.
