The Power Cell Bank is an unimplemented deployable object that features a slot to carry one Power Cell.
Usage
Like the Portable Locker, the Power Cell Bank can be attached to Hardpoints. Currently, attaching it to a Tadpole has no notable effect as the item is not fully implemented in the game.
