Snowballs are a throwable item that can be gathered from any land biome.
Uses
Snowballs can be used to distract Snow Stalkers, cause a Snow Stalker or Snow Stalker Baby to ruffle their fur when hit, or startle Pengwings and Penglings. They are also used to create one Large Filtered Water when combined with a Water Purification Tablet.
If the player is underwater, and if their inventory contains any snowballs, the Snowballs will gradually dissipate until the player exits the water.
If the player throws or drops a Snowball underwater, it will float to the surface.
Uses in Crafting
Water Purification Tablet
Unlike most recipes, the Water Purification Tablet can be combined with a Snowball in the inventory by selecting the Water Purification Tablet.
