Under the leadership of Admiral Rathine Studaber, the federation leveraged the conflict with the Kharaa bacteria to establish independence from major corporate sponsors such as Alterra. The organization currently monitors Kharaa quarantine protocols and supervises interstellar travel through phase gates. There are growing concerns among analysts that the TSF may transition into a military government by declaring martial law in populated colonies.+### Technology+* Nanotechnology (used for Alterra's AEP Suit)
