Feather Kelp is an anchored Lifeform. They are abundantly found in the caves of the Shallows.
Appearance
Feather Kelp has long orange stalks protruding from its base, that mainly spread upwards, with the stalks ending in whitish feather like hair.
When infected with the Bloom Virus, Feather Kelp become dull and lose all colour, analogous to that of dying coral.
Harvesting
The Feather Kelp can be harvested for Fibrous Pulp using the Survival Multitool, acting as an alternative source for Fibrous Pulp in place of the Cradle Shootroot.
