Lava Geysers (Below Zero)

Overview

Lava Geysers are craters found underground, characterized by a steaming pool of lava at the bottom. Every few seconds, the geyser erupts, emitting large amounts of steam and throwing chunks of lava into the immediate area.

Anything caught within the blast will suffer massive damage. Getting too close to a geyser also damages the player due to its high temperature. The pool of lava itself only deals contact damage.

Small fauna caught in the eruption become cooked, making geysers a decent, albeit dangerous, source of food.
