Adaptations are genetic enhancements that can be unlocked by interacting with the Bloom Core of an Angel Comb after clearing the Bloom. While biomods provide the player with optional upgrades, adaptations are required for progression. Currently only 4 out of the 6 potential adaptations are obtainable in the game.
