Cooked Pneuma is a Food item that is created in the Fabricator. It restores +40 Food when consumed. The Digestion adaptation is required to safely consume alien lifeforms. A player without this adaptation will not receive its effect and be deducted health. It recovers the most food points of any cooked fish in the game and about one and a half times as much as a raw Pneuma.
