The Rebreather is a piece of equipment which is crafted using the Fabricator. Its purpose is to negate the Oxygen consumption penalty that occurs when diving below 100m.
For the Rebreather to work, it must be equipped in the head slot of the paperdoll UI.

Acquisition
The blueprint for this item is unlocked by opening a Data Box in the Twisty Bridges. This location is approximately 300m S-SW of the Drop Pod and 350m NW of Delta Station Dock, at a depth of 170m. This area also serves as the entry point to the tunnel leading to the Distress Signal.
