Sonic Echo is an active Biomod which allows the player to detect any ore deposit within a specific range of the player regardless of its size. It is unlocked by successfully scanning the [Collector Leviathan](Collector Leviathan) with a Bioscanner.
Utility
Sonic Echo allows the player to emit a sonar pulse that detects nearby ores regardless of their size. When an ore is found, a light blue circle will pulse where the ore is. The light will continue pulsing but will fade over time until it disappears completely. Sonic Echo can't detect harvestable life forms such as the [Acid Raion](Acid Raion).
