Invoice: pearls for Xanadu. We have taken the crop too soon, This failure will stain them.
There is war around Xanadu. The methane plant has failed and the dam is collapsing. Deep Bride operates the emergency fission core, but soon our farm will be buried in tar. This will affect the quality of the pearl crop.
Explosions at the deep methane rigs agitate the collectors. They barely heed the harp's call. If the peace betwen World Reef and Army Against Fire has failed, this will affect the quality of the pearl crop.
Deep Bride wants to gather the zoes and return to her people. I told Pearl Spawn to groom her gills while she sleeps so she will delight in farming as we do. Pearl Spawn was angered by this joke. He intends to fly over Xanadu in his supermarine. I have forbidden it, but it is remedy that he will disobey. I fear for him.
I am old and set. I will not survive the molt to a deep water morph.
All I care about is pearl farming. I am sick to think my last crop will be of poor quality.
