Hardpoint

The Hardpoint is a type of attachment point found on bases and vehicles that allows for mounting a single object.

Usage

Anything that can be held or carried by the player can be attached to any hardpoint. Useful objects to attach to hardpoints include:

• Portable Locker
• Portable Oxygen Generator
• Work Light
• Beacon
• Tools

Hardpoints can be placed in bases (known as the Carryables Rack), and are found already built in to the following:

• Tadpole
• Scout Ray Chassis
• Tadpole Haul Chassis (2x)
• Dive Elevator (4x)
• Dining Table (2x)
• Tailing Table (6x)

Trivia

• The hardpoint found on the rear of the Tadpole, in combination with the two circular power/oxygen ports on either side, are what allow for the Chassis to be attached to it and interface with it.
