The Work Light is a portable utility module that provides a mobile light source when powered by a Battery. It can be carried by hand or attached to hardpoints to illuminate dark caves and wrecks.

Purpose

The Portable Light can be attached to a Hardpoint or carried by hand, similar to a Portable Locker. When powered by a Battery, it provides a portable light source that can be toggled on/off.

It will stay in its placed location unless moved by the Player, making it useful for lighting up dark caves.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Construct with builder tool. Deploy in open water or attach to a hardpoint. Load battery into rear of light housing. Aim at dark area. Be alert for behavior changes in local life. Switch off to save power and avoid unwanted attention.

BACKGROUND

10,000-lumen wide-beam, select-spectrum industrial worklamp. Used to illuminate worksites and dangerous environments. Often mounted to vehicle hardpoints.

Do not look directly into beam.
