T. Tobukha, nicknamed Tuba, is a pioneer who was part of the Cicada crew that crashed onto Proteus. Tuba serves as the colony's cook and is married to Wu.
After the Old Habitat was destroyed, Ganzo led survivors away towards the Tadpole Pens, including Tuba. However, Tuba decided to split off from the group and headed to Camp One for unknown reasons. Records indicate she was killed by a Marrowbreach and transmitted to an unknown Biobed. Other records suggest she went to a wreckage from the Cicada to salvage supplies but was killed by Tailings.
